Return & Refund Policy

We gladly offer a full refund on Aria's Beauty Box products purchased directly through our website within 7 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a full refund:

• All products included in the order must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
• Any free promotional item or gift received with the order must also be returned. If the free item is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Purchases made using an Aria's Beauty Box Gift Card are eligible for store credit only and cannot be refunded to the original form of payment.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at contact@ariasbeautybox.com to notify us that you would like to return your order.
2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
3. Include the Return Authorization Number with your return shipment.

Purchases from Other Retailers

Products purchased through authorized retailers must be returned to the retailer where the purchase was made. Return policies vary by vendor.

Please note that Aria's Beauty Box does not authorize the sale of its products on personal marketplace or resale websites such as eBay or Walmart Marketplace. Products purchased through these channels may not be authentic Aria's Beauty Box products, and we cannot guarantee their quality, safety, or eligibility for return.
